My bubble test was a success! Honey bubbles were stronger. The mixture still needs some work as they were a little tricky! My professional tester (age 5) was incredible and had a lot of fun making wands and managed to make better bubbles than her auntie (she is still making wands) 💜 🫧🪄

✨ The most rewarding part of my workshops ✨

The best thing about creating and delivering workshops is witnessing the beautiful shifts that people experience throughout the session.

Seeing someone arrive feeling curious, uncertain, or simply needing some time for themselves, and then watching them leave feeling calmer, more connected, and with new tools they can carry into everyday life is truly special.

Every person’s experience is unique, and I love creating a space where people can explore, learn, and discover what works for them.

Receiving lovely feedback afterwards makes these moments even more meaningful. Knowing that something I have shared has helped someone pause, reflect, or find a little more calm in their day is such a wonderful reminder of why I love this work.

Booking is now open for Children and Their Grown-Ups meditation workshops! 💫🧘🏻‍♀️💜

These workshops are designed to help the next generation develop vital emotional self-regulation skills while empowering families with an everyday meditation and mindfulness toolkit.

As a highly sensitive person (HSP), I know firsthand how overwhelming the world can feel. Meditation and mindfulness have completely transformed the way I manage that intensity, and I often find myself wishing I’d been introduced to these practices as a child.

That’s why I’ve grounded these sessions in evidence-based scientific research, combining meditation and mindfulness through play, movement, and relaxation to help children and their grown-ups develop these lifelong skills together.

This isn’t just a one-off session. You’ll leave with a toolkit full of practical, affordable activities to continue using at home, because the neuroplasticity benefits of meditation and mindfulness grow through regular practice.

Spaces are limited to preserve a calm, supportive environment where every family can feel comfortable and connected.

Yesterday I worked for the lovely Jacqui Mackay at her Tropic fundraiser for Cancer Research UK. She raised £405 through her raffle, commission, and my mini soul readings. It was a wonderful afternoon connecting with her lovely friends and supporting this incredible charity.

I love doing events, and it’s a cause that’s close to so many of our hearts. 💜

I also loved discovering more about my soul progression readings and how Spirit informs me of what clients need to move forward, using animal medicine. These readings will create an incredible foundation for my future work in block clearance therapy and my channelled meditation programme.

Spirit is the most incredible teacher, and I am so very grateful for this wonderful opportunity. 💜

The Tree of Life Centre is, without a doubt, one of my favourite places. The space is beautiful, with its wonderful fruit trees, amazing gardens, and, best of all, the incredible animals that bring unconditional love to all their clients.

My BCT sessions and course days are two of the highlights of my month. I have achieved so much working with Tricia, and I am so very grateful to Tricia, Beth, and Abi for helping me set up and provide my meditation offerings for children in my happy place.

✨ Taking a Pause✨

From 26th July until 10th August, I will be taking some time away from my work to pause, rest, and reconnect.

Just as we encourage ourselves to create space for reflection and renewal, I believe it is important to honour these moments of stillness and allow ourselves the opportunity to recharge.

During this time, I will not be responding to enquiries, but I will return on 11th August and reply to all messages then.

I will still have a gentle presence on social media, sharing updates and reflections along the way.
