As you know im not the best with technology so ive enlisted the help of an admin assistant called Holly. She is currently upgrading my system so we all have the best communication.
Upon each booking you will receive an email confirmation with a consent form attached. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM! On receipt of this email, please fill these in and submit. If like me, this panics you, i will have the same forms in clinic to be filled in. These are particularly important for earwax removal and skintag removal. Please be patient while this transition takes place.
