🏖 Just a Summer update :)

Hi All!

Apologies, but things have been busy in both my professional and personal life that I have really lost track of posting anything public on my pages. All is OK though :)

This is just a note to say I am alive after a weeks holiday and up and running again through the Summer.

I will be posting August availability, events and the like in the near future...

SONIC LANDSCAPES - SUMMER. An Amplified & Acoustic Sound Bath Journey

Hi All!

Just putting up the finer details for our event on Sunday at Weeley Village Hall, between 3pm - 5pm.

This is a pre booked and paid event, there is no drop in. Attendees, please be aware that there is a 24hr cancellation notice on this event. Cancel above 24 hours and we can move or refund your fee, below 24 hr the fee will be taken as cancellation.

There is ample parking at Weeley Village Hall. The doors to the venue will be locked until about 10 minutes before event starts, as we will be setting up the hall for you.

NOTE: On the rare occasion someone is using the small hall and the main doors are open outside, then the glass doors to the large hall itself will be shut until 10 minutes before. Please wait in the corridor or outside until we let you in.
The doors to the venue will be closed again at around 3.15pm so we are not disturbed. There is no admittance after this time.

Newcomers: There is a short health questionnaire to fill out on arrival, you only have to do this the once. Please arrive sooner rather than later to do this.

On arrival for this event, you will be asked to take a space to set up. Please bring with you a mat, blanket and a couple of cushions. I can provide extra mats for people who do not have but need to be reserved on booking.
All other possessions not needed for the event can be left in the cloakroom within the large hall as we will be moving about the hall in the event.

Please bring with you a drink of choice. Sweet nibbles will be provided on day, but if you have any specific dietary requirements then best bring your own.

The event will itself will finish around 5pm, but please feel free to stay, eat, drink and chat after. You have plenty of time to drift out of the door as we will be packing up until 6pm.

We will be available up until 12 noon on the day, so any urgent problems you can text Lucy on 07904 276018

YOUR SOUND: Singing Bowl Workshop - FUTHER INFO.

Hi All!

Just the finer details for tomorrow's workshop - happening at Weeley Village Hall between 2pm - 4.30pm.

This is a pre booked and paid event, there is no drop in. This is a non refundable event.

There is ample parking at the venue. As with events, doors will be locked up until 5-10 minutes before workshop as we will be setting up for you. If the main doors are open due to another group in the small hall, please wait outside in corridor and I shall come and get you. The doors will re close at approximately 2.15pm, there is no admittance after this time.

You can bring with you a notepad and pen, notes from the workshop will be provided. Light refreshments (tea, coffee and herbal teas) will be available as will sweet nibbles on day, but if you have any specific dietary requirements then please feel free to bring something light to eat.

The Great Spring Restorative - Light & Airy Sound Bath - Holistic Therapies - Rested Yoga - FURTHER INFO

Hi All!

This is just the usual further info post that goes out before events for attendees to Sunday's big lay down :)

This event takes place on 19/4 between 2pm - 4pm at Weeley Village Hall. It is a pre booked and paid event. There is no drop in.

ATTENDEES: Please be aware there is a 24hr cancellation policy that runs on all I offer. In events, above 24hr notice I can move or refund your fee. Below 24hrs then you fee is taken as a cancellation fee. The same goes for no shows.

Please save the date as no reminders are given.

Weeley Village Hall has parking on site. When you arrive, the hall will be closed/locked until about 5 - 10 mins before start time, as we will be setting the hall up for you.
If the main doors to the hall are open due to other hirers using the small hall (this is very rare), then please wait outside and I shall come get you.
The doors will re close at 2.15pm so we are not disturbed. There is no admittance after this time.

NEWCOMERS: Please arrive nearer to start time as there is a short health questionnaire to fill out. You only need do this the once for events, but please notify me if you have any changes in your health that may affect your experience of the event, when attending in the future.

Please bring with you your mat, blanket and a couple of cushions. All other equipment is provided (blocks, bricks, straps). If you have your own equipment and want to bring thats fine. If you need a mat, please message me and I'll reserve one for you. Dress for deep rest and snuggle down.

Bring a drink of your choice. As said sweet nibbles will be provided on day (some regular attendees also bring some to share, not compulsory but welcomed). If you have any specific dietary requirements then best to bring your own.

On arrival, please set up in a designated spot and store all items not being used (coats, bags etc.) in the cloakroom within the large hall. Also if you have a rolled up mat within your equipment at your spot (this is all set up before you arrive), please leave this rolled up as they are used as a prop.

I am free up until 12 noon on Sunday. Any problems then text me on 07904 276 018.
