I know I’ve all but DISAPPEARED on here for the last 10 days. Setting up the future, trying to buy a house with my husband, build a website, get everything in place so that future me doesn’t feel too lost in the weeds. It’s all worth it but we’ll be back to regularly scheduled programming soon 🫶🏼

I was never a 7am spin girly - the high impact morning isn’t for me! But a gently strengthening and lengthening practice is much more speed in the AM and so here’s a practise that does just that. Roll out of bed, 10 minutes on your mat, feel ready to begin the day with zest 🍊

Are your hips feeling tight? MINE TOO. Let’s get to your mobility routine that can be done in 5 minutes, no reason not to give those joints some love ✨
Save for later 😉

90/90 switches x8
90/90 fold no hands x8
Internal rotation foot lifts x8
External rotation knee lifts x8
Leg sweeps x8
Knee hug x8 back and forth
Lay on elbows hip circles x8 each way

Once on each side, nice slow reps, move through your day more comfortably 🫶🏼
