🛍️ Spare bags for life? We’d love them! 🌻

We’ve completely run out of bags for life at Cotgrave Community Kitchen. If you have any spare, clean, sturdy bags tucked away at home, we’d be very grateful if you could bring them in next time you visit.

They don’t need to be new—just in good condition and ready to be used again! ♻️

We are super excited for our upcoming Autumn event on the 11th of October

Wanting to learn more about home composting? Katherine will be holding a composting workshop answering all your questions

We'll also be joined by the wonderful Xanthea from Notts Seed Network to share lots of brilliant seed saving knowledge

and we'll have our usual food and refreshments, children's activities and a chance to enjoy the autumn garden

Could you help Cotgrave Community Kitchen by collecting our allocated surplus food from Aldi in Bingham every Thursday at around 9am?

We need someone with their own car to bring it to the Futures Building, Candleby Lane, Cotgrave, NG12 3JG, arriving around 9:15–9:30am, ready for our Thursday social supermarket.

📦 Aldi staff help load the crates into your car, and our volunteers will be ready to help unload at our end.
Your role would simply be transporting the food to us!

It’s a regular weekly commitment that would make a real difference, helping us rescue surplus food and support our community. 🌻
