Church Farm Nursing Home Ltd is a family owned company of four homes in Cotgrave, West Bridgford and Radcliffe on Trent. We specialise in the care of people living with a dementia in three of the homes and provide high quality residential, nursing care and palliative care in the fourth. We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. Helping people to feel at home, safe, secure and loved with the feeling that every day can be well-lived is what drives us.

A picnic in the park for our Rusticus family! 🌳🧺

Nine family members, accompanied by three staff members, enjoyed a lovely trip to Wollaton Park in Nottingham. After a walk from the minibus, the group found a shady spot beneath the trees and settled down for a picnic.

With sandwiches, snacks, sweet treats and refreshing drinks to enjoy, it was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together outdoors and take in the beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed watching the solar eclipse at Church Farm at Cotgrave using a solar viewer, before finding a creative way to involve all our family members.

The eclipse sparked memories of the famous Jaffa Cakes ‘full moon, half moon, total eclipse’ advert – so, naturally, we had to recreate it ourselves!

It was a lovely opportunity to reminisce, share plenty of laughs and enjoy a Jaffa Cake or two.

Family members and staff at Field House enjoyed a fantastic summer party filled with fun, laughter and great company. ☀️🎉

Everyone tucked into fish and chips, enjoyed plenty of refreshments, listened to music and had lots of laughs as a talented caricaturist captured some memorable portraits.

It was a wonderful day full of smiles and shared moments.
