💚 It's World Mental Health Day this Saturday - let's take a moment to think about what that means.

In construction, su***de rates are 3.7x higher than the national average, and in 2020, construction workers were considered one of the highest risk groups in the UK.

In rail, anxiety was found to be 1.5x higher than the wider UK workforce, with one in three rail workers reporting a mental health condition.

It's important to keep mental health in the conversation - it could be a life saver.

Use this day to check in on those around you.

🚧 EUSR CSCS card changes are now in effect!

From 1 October, completing SHEA training will no longer automatically issue an EUSR CSCS Green Labourer card. Workers will need the correct CSCS card for their role, with SHEA remaining mandatory.

Employers and operatives should review current cards and prepare for the changes to avoid site access issues.

🎓 Read more about the changes here: https://morson-nexus.com/news-articles/eusr-cscs-card-changes-from-oct-2026/?utm_source=social&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=eusr+changes
