I am here to help anyone who wants to stay active, whether that is running, hiking or walking the dog, but are prevented from doing this by injury. If you are frustrated by foot and ankle pain, or unable to keep active due to a lower limb injury, I can help you get back on your feet

We will be making some changes to our appointment fees from 1 April following a review of our pricing.

If you have been thinking about booking an appointment, now is a good time to do so. All appointments booked before 1 April will be honoured at our current fees, even if the appointment takes place later in the year.

Yesterday I was at Haydock Park (not for the horses!) with colleagues learning about some new injection techniques which can help with Heel Pain and Mortons Neuroma (Pinched nerve). Today and tomorrow I am at our annual conference in lovely Liverpool, the Foot and Ankle conferemce to do some more learning and catching up with friends and colleagues, perhaps for a beer or two . 😉 Learning never stops, and every year I learn new things which keeps the brain ticking over and helps me to help my patients so they can stay active and healthy.
