Join us in celebrating Elise and Mel! 🎉

After three years of hard work, 23 exams each, and a combination of online and college study, they’ve both achieved MCIPS (Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) status, a globally recognised qualification in procurement and supply.

With support from the hospital, including funded training and dedicated weekly study time, they’ve balanced learning alongside their roles brilliantly.

Thanks to their new expertise, we’ll continue to improve contract processes, strengthen supplier relationships, manage stock more effectively, and uphold the highest ethical standards, delivering real benefits for our patients and the wider hospital. A fantastic achievement!
