⏱️ Every 20 minutes
👁️ Look at something 20 feet away
⏳ For at least 20 seconds

It’s a simple habit that can help your eyes feel more comfortable throughout the day. 💻📱

📖 “Reading in dim light or at night will ruin your eyes.”

It’s a little more complicated than that! 👀

Poor lighting can make your eyes work harder and may contribute to eye strain, headaches and tired eyes. There is also evidence that prolonged near-work and limited time outdoors can contribute to the development of myopia (short-sightedness), particularly in children and young people.

💡 Our tip: Use good lighting when reading, take regular breaks, blink often and keep up with your routine eye tests.
