Autumn is all about resetting! In nature the trees are resetting the leaves are starting to turn to the most beautiful colours and everything is getting ready to slow down and rest, this should include us too 🥰

Time for the darker lippy for me! And the joggers are back out, what next... Back in uniform! who knows, but I have noticed a nip in the air, and all the berry tones have been flying out this week for gel polish

The books are closed for this year's Level 3 Advanced EFT training and I'm delighted to be welcoming a wonderful group of women and men next week.

Students who've already completed their Level 1&2 training, who are eager to deepen, broaden and widen their skills and experiences with the vast range of advanced techniques shared.

Four days of deep transformational immersion into EFT, energy work, quantum healing, extra sensory skills and so much more.

I love sharing this training, it's as close to sharing the way I deliver therapy with my clients and supervisees.
