The activity encouraged everyone to get moving, improve their physical wellbeing, and enjoy music in a relaxed and familiar environment.

Service users actively participated in the dance routines, developing coordination, confidence, and social interaction skills.

The session was enjoyed by all, with lots of smiles, laughter, and positive engagement throughout.

Today, our service users enjoyed a fun and engaging pizza-making activity at one of our homes. Everyone had the opportunity to choose their own toppings, practise food preparation skills, and work together to create delicious homemade pizzas. The activity promoted independence, creativity, and confidence in the kitchen.

Following the pizza-making session, service users took part in a lively karaoke afternoon.

They enjoyed singing their favourite songs, socialising with friends, and building confidence through performance. The event was filled with laughter, music, and lots of encouragement, creating a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Activities like these provide valuable opportunities to develop life skills, encourage social interaction, and support overall wellbeing while having fun.

🌟 Poppy Does Master chef 🌟

Today our guys took part in a fun MasterChef-inspired cooking activity, where they made their own delicious jacket potatoes with a variety of toppings.

The session provided a great opportunity for individuals to develop important life skills, including food preparation, following instructions, making choices, and practising kitchen safety. They were encouraged to take an active role throughout the process, helping to build confidence, independence, and teamwork.

Everyone enjoyed creating their own meals and taking pride in what they had achieved. Activities like these are a fantastic way to promote healthy eating, social interaction, and personal development while having fun. Well done to everyone who took part!

Exciting Times Ahead 🌟
We are delighted to launch our new weekly activity programme, packed with fun, friendship, creativity, and opportunities to develop valuable life skills.

From energetic Zumba sessions that promote health, wellbeing and confidence, to our MasterChef cooking club where residents can learn meal planning, food preparation and kitchen safety skills, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Our service users can also express themselves through karaoke and pizza making, encouraging social interaction, communication and independence. Our Pamper & Unwind sessions provide a chance to relax, focus on self-care and wellbeing, while Movies & Popcorn offer a great opportunity to come together, build friendships and enjoy shared experiences.

These activities are about much more than having fun – they support service users to:

✅ Learn and practise life skills
✅ Improve health and wellbeing
✅ Develop friendships and social connections
✅ Make choices and try new experiences
✅ Create lasting memories

A huge congratulations to one of our amazing service users for achieving another personal goal this weekend! ⚽👏

He enjoyed an unforgettable trip to Liverpool, including a fantastic stadium tour and a weekend away experience — building confidence, independence, and making lasting memories along the way.
