Now that kids are back to school and everyone is settling into new routines, it's time to get back to YOU! Summer can be long and busy, and sometimes stressful. Entertaining kids, holidays, it all takes it's toll. Time for you to now make yourself the priority.

A lovely afternoon at Gortin Glen forest park. Time to stop, to breathe, to release. Feeling a bit in the void atm, that part between endings and beginnings. I'm standing at the cross road, not sure which way to go. This is the hard part, releasing and trusting that whatever is to come will come at the exact time it is too. So I come to the trees, to sit quietly and listen, opening myself to receive.

We all go through times of uncertainty, like someone pressed our Pause button, but the rest of the world keeps going. It's part of life, and learning to surrender to it, going with the flow. Taking this time to reevaluate you, your thoughts, habits, beliefs, so you can do an internal, and sometimes an external too, clearout. What is no longer you? What can you release or change that's no longer in harmony with you?

When life hits the Pause, it's OK. Life is just preparing you for something bigger.
