I'm incredibly grateful to Marina for sharing her journey and allowing me to be part of her healing process. Watching her overcome addiction and anxiety, rebuild her confidence, and reconnect with life has been truly inspiring.

Screens are now part of everyday life — from learning and gaming to socialising and entertainment. But too much screen time can affect children’s sleep, concentration, emotional wellbeing, confidence, and relationships.

Some signs your child may be struggling with device overuse include:
• Difficulty switching off screens
• Mood changes when devices are removed
• Reduced interest in hobbies or outdoor play
• Trouble sleeping or concentrating
• Increased anxiety or social withdrawal

It’s completely normal for children to feel upset when saying goodbye to a parent or carer — especially during big changes like starting nursery, school, or new routines.

Separation anxiety can look like:
✨ Clinginess
✨ Tears at drop-off
✨ Worries about being apart
✨ Difficulty settling or sleeping
✨ Physical complaints like tummy aches
