Your body is always communicating with you… but are you listening? ✨

This is something I feel really called to speak about more.

We’ve been taught to look outside ourselves for so many of the answers we seek, when there is a deep wisdom within us that we can learn to connect with.

Building that relationship with your body, your intuition and your Divine Self doesn’t have to be complicated. It begins simply by becoming curious and learning how you receive.

Over the next while, I want to share more about body channeling, somatic responses and some of the simple ways we can begin to reconnect with that inner guidance.

Everything we seek is within. 🤍

The Universal Energetics Symbol

At the heart of Universal Energetics is the spiral.

The inward spiral represents the journey back to the Soul Self ,the Divine Self that exists at the centre of all things.

Healing itself moves in spirals.
We may return to the same experiences, emotions or patterns, but each time we meet them from a different place , with new awareness and new understanding 🌀

Surrounding the spiral are the four elements 💠 Earth, Air, Fire and Water. The four triangular forms represent our work with Sacred Geometry and the Platonic Solids, using geometry and frequency as part of Universal Energetics.

The outer circle represents unity.

Although we experience ourselves as individual, ultimately we are One connected within the same universal field of energy.

Running through the symbol is the meeting of two energies, masculine and feminine, yin and yang. They may appear as two, yet they exist within one whole. Neither separate from the other. Both necessary. Both held within the One.

Above and below is golden light, representing our connection through the transpersonal chakras , from our connection with the Earth to the higher gateways of consciousness and Divine light.

And surrounding it all are the soft, ethereal colours of the chakras and transpersonal chakras, the subtle realms, angelic connection, Spirit and the frequencies that exist beyond what we can physically see.

The more I look at this symbol, the more I realise that it holds the essence of everything Universal Energetics is about:

Sacred Geometry.
The Elements.
Energy.
Healing.
Masculine & Feminine.
Earth & Divine.
Spirit & Soul.
Unity.

And at the heart of it all…

the journey inward.
Back to Self.
Back to the Divine within.
Back to One. ✨

Behind these coloured silk cloths are my seven chakra sprays. ✨

And honestly… I was not expecting to make these like this.

I originally thought I was going to create them one at a time, really taking my time with each chakra and seeing where I was guided.

But somehow, they all came together. And now all seven are made — for my personal use only, for now. 🌈

I’ve already been working with the Heart, Root and Solar Plexus sprays, and I can honestly say I’ve been blown away by my experience with them.

I’ve felt shifts in energy, emotional releases and subtle changes happening almost instantaneously while working with them.

They feel very light. Very different from my Archangel sprays. They have their own energy and frequency, and I’m really excited to continue working with them and see how they evolve.

And I genuinely cannot wait for you to experience them for yourselves. 🤍

I’m still deciding how I’m going to launch them — whether I introduce each chakra individually or release all seven together as a complete set.

September is here, this is my favourite time of the year!!
The final four months of 2026 ✨

And perhaps this is your invitation to pause for a moment and reflect.

What have you created this year?
What have you learned?
What has changed?
And, most importantly… what are you ready to let go of?

This is a time for clearing out what no longer serves you, old patterns, unfinished business, projects that have been sitting in the background, and anything you’ve been carrying that you’re ready to put down.

But it’s also a time to finish what you started.

Those things you said you were going to do.
Those ideas you’ve been sitting on. dreams you’ve been slowly working towards.

Don’t wait for the perfect moment.

The final leg of the year is here.
So take that next step.
Pour your energy into what matters.
Tie up loose ends.
Close the chapters that need closing.

Because sometimes, before something new can enter, we have to create the space for it.

Move forward with intention and courage.

Four months to make things happen, to complete, release and realign.
Four months to lay the foundations for what comes next.

And who knows what 2027 might bring… ✨

But first, finish this chapter.

Your future self will thank you for it. 🤍

We want clarity before we take action.

We want to know where the path is leading before we’re willing to take the first step.

But life doesn’t always work that way.

Sometimes, the path only reveals itself once we start walking.

I was reminded of this over the weekend.

I found myself at a crossroads, unsure which direction to take. Wanting clarity. Wanting to know I was making the right choice before moving forward.

But perhaps I don’t need to know.

Perhaps I just need to take the next step.

To walk the path that is calling me, even if I can’t see where it leads.

And trust that with every step, the way will appear.

Because sometimes the most beautiful things in life are the things we could never have planned for.

So maybe we don’t need to have it all figured out.

Maybe we just need enough courage to take the next step…

and let life surprise us. ✨

Something I’m VERY excited about… ✨

Back in 2022, when I first channelled the ingredients for my Universal Energetics Sacred Sprays, I was given recipes for more than just the collections I have created so far…

I was also given the recipes for the seven main chakras. 🌈

And honestly… they’ve been sitting there ever since. 😂

I never felt the time was right to bring them forward.

But something is shifting.
Something feels ready.
And I’m getting very excited about finally creating them. ✨

I’ll be introducing them one by one, each connected to the energy and frequency of its chakra.

And I have to ask…

Let yourself be held in the presence of the Mother. 🌍

Let the light shine from within you. Let that spark inside you breathe, grow and become brighter.

All you need to do is pour love into yourself.

Prioritise yourself.

And yes, that may sound selfish, but it isn’t. It isn’t selfish to nurture yourself. It isn’t selfish to give yourself the love, care, kindness and attention that you so freely give to others.

You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to compare.
You don’t need to worry about what others are doing, thinking, creating or producing.

None of that matters.

What matters is you.

What are you creating within yourself?
What are you choosing for yourself?

You were sent here to Earth to use your power. To create your life. To make things happen. To experience your own magic.

And when you begin to pour that love into yourself, it naturally ripples outward.

You inspire others simply by becoming more fully yourself.

So concentrate on you.

Love yourself unconditionally.
Love yourself as you would love a child who needs nurturing, tenderness, patience, protection and care.

Give yourself that.

Everything else will fall into place.
