✨ UNIVERSAL ENERGETICS – THE BALANCE WITHIN ✨
At the heart of Universal Energetics is something beautifully simple: finding balance between the masculine and feminine energies within us.
We all carry both energies, regardless of whether we are male or female. Neither is better, neither is more important, and we need both to feel balanced within ourselves.
Our feminine energy allows us to receive, feel, trust our intuition, create, nurture, rest and surrender. It invites us to slow down, listen within and allow life to flow.
Our masculine energy allows us to take action, create structure, set boundaries, find direction, feel grounded and bring our ideas into reality.
But what happens when we spend too much time in one and not enough in the other?
Perhaps we find ourselves constantly doing, achieving, giving and pushing forward, forgetting how to receive, rest and simply be.
Or perhaps we find ourselves dreaming, feeling and waiting for things to happen, but struggling to take the action needed to move forward.
It’s not about becoming more masculine or more feminine. It’s about recognising both energies within us and learning how to bring them into harmony.
Sometimes we need the strength and direction of our masculine. Sometimes we need the softness and surrender of our feminine.
It’s about knowing when to lead, when to receive, when to act and when to allow.
This is one of the core principles of Universal Energetics.
Understanding the masculine and feminine energies within us, recognising where we may be out of balance, and gently bringing these energies back into harmony.
