My admin days aren’t about clearing an inbox, they’re about reviewing systems, analysing data, planning marketing and making sure every patient journey is working exactly as it should.

STOP PANICKING AND TRYING TO OFFER EVERY TREATMENT 👀

Can I say something that newer injectors (and even experienced ones) sometimes need to hear?

You do not need to do what everyone else is doing.

Just because another clinician is suddenly offering the newest treatment, doesn’t mean you need to add it to your menu tomorrow.

In fact… trying to do everything too soon can stop you becoming truly excellent at anything.

Instead?

✨ Stay in your lane
✨ Pick a few treatments you genuinely enjoy
✨ Master them really, really well
✨ Build confidence through repetition
✨ Gather case studies and outcomes
✨ Become known for something

The clinicians who build strong reputations aren’t always the ones doing everything.

Often, they’re the ones doing a handful of things exceptionally well.

Find your thing.

What are you naturally good at? What do you enjoy? What results make you proud?

Focus there first.

Yesterday I spoke at representing with The StimLift protocol to a room full of aesthetic clinicians.

It was a huge privilege to be asked to share my knowledge with other clinicians.🤍

Not because I think I know it all (far from it), but because I genuinely care about helping clinicians feel more confident, safer, and more thoughtful in the way they approach treatment.
