KELLY, 4th SEPTEMBER 2026, JAMES HENRY, following a long illness courageously borne, dearly beloved husband of Thelma, much loved father of Sharon, Michelle, Stacy, Hannah and the late Jason James, a dear father-in-law, loving grandad of Jake, Sam, Beth, Tori, Grace, Lauren and Freya and brother of Jill, Sylvia and the late Alton.

Funeral Service will be held in Downpatrick NS Presbyterian Church, Stream Street, Downpatrick, BT30 6DD on Tuesday 8th September at 12.00noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.

Family and friends are welcome to call at his late home on Sunday and Monday between 2.00pm – 8.00pm.

Dermot MacNabb R.I.P.

The family of the late Dermot MacNabb wish to offer their sincere thanks and gratitude to family, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them and provided support during their recent bereavement.

Thank you for all the prayers, Mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolence that were sent. Thank you as well to those who called at the house, brought food, catered for visitors and attended Dermot’s funeral.

Thank you to Fr O’Neill, Canon Rogan and Deacon Jackie Breen for conducting the Requiem Mass.

Thank you to Charles Rourke & Sons Funeral Directors, for the dignified and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

Thank you to the District Nurses, Marie Curie nurses, doctors, carers and other health professionals who cared for Dermot over the last few years.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deepest thanks and appreciation.

Dermot’s Month’s Mind Mass takes place on Sunday 13 September 2026 in St Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick at 10.30am.

The family of the late Michael Millar RIP wish to offer their sincere thanks and gratitude to family, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. Thank you for all the prayers, Mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolence that were sent.

Thank you to Fr. Eugene O’Neill for celebrating's Michael's Requiem Mass and Bernie and Marty Campbell for their beautiful music.

Thank you to the doctors, nurses and care teams who looked after Michael in recent times.

Thank you to Charles Rourke & Sons, Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

LUNDY, 30th August 2026, JOHN, peacefully at hospital, surrounded by his loving family, much loved husband of Brenda, devoted daddy to Eva (Patrick), Louise, Alisha and Claire, cherished granda to Niall, much loved son of Catherine and the late Daniel, brother of Peter, Anne and Mary. May he rest in peace.

Requiem Mass will be held in St. Patricks Church, Saul on Wednesday 2nd September at 12 noon followed by interment in adjoining cemetery.

John will be reposing at his late home, 32 Ballygallum Road, Downpatrick, BT30 7HH. Family and friends welcome. Family only on the morning of funeral.
