NOELINE HALLORAN

The family of the late Noeline Halloran would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special thanks to the Doctors and nurses from Killyleagh Surgery, the Lydian Care team and Jark who attended Mum at home.

We are also grateful to those who attended the funeral, sent cards, letters and text messages and called at the family home, and to those who sent donations in lieu of flowers to St. John’s Parish Church.

We are deeply grateful to the Rev Eben Grobbelaar for conducting the Funeral Service; to the choir and to the gravedigger Mr Tom Edgar. Thanks to the ladies of St. John’s Parish Church for the tea and refreshments after the funeral. To the PSNI for their help with traffic control on the day. Sincere thanks to Charles Rourke and Sons Funeral Directors for the professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

May she rest in peace.

Requiem Mass will be held in St. Patricks Church, Downpatrick on Wednesday 3rd June at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in Struell Cemetery.

Family and friends are welcome to call at Charles Rourke and Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday 2nd June between 5:00pm - 7:00pm when family will be present.

SAMUEL GARRETT

The family of the late Sam Garrett wish to pass on their sincere heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all who sympathised and offered support during their recent bereavement.

A special thanks to all those who attended the family home, funeral, sent cards, messages and helped in any way.

Thanks to the staff of Premium Care, Comber Care Home, Downe and Ulster Hospitals and both Killyleagh and Comber Health Centres who all cared for Sam through the last months of his life.

Thanks to Rev. Jonathan Boyd for the comforting words and conducting Sam’s funeral service. Thank you to Jocelyn for playing the music at the funeral service and the Elders of Killyleagh Presbyterian Church for their help on the day of the funeral.

Thanks to Claire and all the staff from Charles Rourke & Sons Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

Clifford and the family circle of the late Lynne Nesbitt wish to express their gratitude to all those who came to the home, brought gifts, sent cards, attended the funeral and sent donations to Marie Curie.

Thanks and sincere appreciation to the dedicated team of community and palliative care nurses, also doctors and nurses of Clough Surgery.

Thanks also to Lydian Care Nurses and Marie Curie Nurses who attended Lynne, and especially those ladies who cared for Lynne night and day, so she could remain at home.

Special thanks to Rev. R. McLernon and Pastor W. Creighton who conducted the service at home and at the church. Also many thanks to Francis Strain for piping at the church and graveside.

Many thanks to Daphne Scott and her catering team and the members of the church who helped to serve tea to a vast number of people.

To Tom Edgar for digging the grave, we send our thanks.
