📢 Important Notice – Ordering your prescriptions 📢

We will be introducing a new computer system from Monday 15th June 2026.

Up until Thursday 11th June you will be able to order your medications via the NHS app as normal.

Between Friday 12th June and Monday 15th June you will be unable to use the app to order these medications.

⚠️ Prescription Request Disruption at St Faiths Dispensary

Due to this changeover, the Dispensary will NOT be able to process routine repeat prescription requests from Friday 12th June to Monday 15th June.
🚨 Emergency requests only will be handled during this time.
📅 From 16th June 2026, we will no longer process “keep repeat” requests.

How to order your prescriptions:

✅ Order via the website between Friday 12th June and Tuesday 16th June.
✅ Order via the NHS App from Tuesday 16th June
☎️ Call and select Option 3 to speak with the prescribing team
☎️ Call and select Option 4 to speak with the dispensary

Please ensure we have your correct email address and mobile number on your medical records.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding while we improve our systems.

We’d like to let our patients know that the NHS App will be unavailable from the afternoon of Friday 12th June to Tuesday 16th June.

🔧 During this time, you will not be able to use the app for any activity, including ordering your repeat medication.

💊 Need to order medication?
Please use our website as a temporary alternative on this day.
