Pilates & Prosecco is back!

This Samhain, we shall be putting a little sparkle into our Pilates… 🥂

Join me on 3rd November for a fun, relaxed evening of Pilates, Prosecco and a very important challenge: can you make it through the class without spilling a drop?

Because apparently balancing, stretching and holding a Pilates position isn’t challenging enough… I'm adding Prosecco.

Pilates • Prosecco • Samhain •

• Tuesday 3rd November
• 6:30pm at The White Church in Comrie
• £10 drop-in
• Sign-up required

Your body is constantly talking to you.

A little tightness here. A tired feeling there. A deep breath that feels really good. A stretch that makes you realise just how much you needed to move.

Pilates gives us an opportunity to slow down and listen in.

Not to push harder. Not to burn more calories. Not to make your body smaller.
Just to notice how you feel, move with intention and give your body a little care 💜

Sometimes your body doesn’t need more from you.
Sometimes it just needs you to listen.

Your body carries you through every single day 💜

It gets you out of bed, takes you places, lets you hug the things you love, laugh, rest and experience the world around you.

It doesn’t need to look a certain way to deserve care.

So perhaps this week, instead of asking “What should I change about my body?”, try asking: “How can I take care of the body I have?”

An hour of Pilates is one lovely way to do just that.

Your body is amazing 💜

Did you know your body has over 600 muscles, all working together every single day to help you move, breathe, balance and simply get through life?

You don’t have to push it, change it or “fix” it.

Sometimes, an hour of Pilates is simply a chance to move your body with kindness, breathe a little deeper and appreciate everything it already does for you.

Come as you are. Move as you can 💜
