There’s lots planned across the Southern Trust next week as we mark Dementia Action Week 💙
In our Frailty services, Ramone 1 have organised a range of activities to raise awareness, build understanding and support people living with dementia.
Throughout the week, staff, patients and families will come together for engagement sessions including music, pet therapy, visits from local schools and community groups, and opportunities for social connection and wellbeing.
A team Steps Challenge will also run during the week, finishing with a prize-giving at 3pm in Ramone 1, a great way to recognise everyone taking part 👏
We look forward to sharing more throughout the week
