Hi folks. There is no walking group this Wednesday but its back on next week.

There will also be no pilates on Thursday. Unfortunately, Lorraine has had to seek new premises. We will update you on this shortly.

We are open at the Cafe as normal tomorrow. Hope to see you there!! 😎

Hi folks 👋 Tomorrow (Thursday) is pilates day. This free class is taken by the lovely Lorraine Robinson All abilities welcome. If you had a 4 week pass that has expired, don't worry, you are still welcome.

Remember this class is free and suitable for all abilities so come along and give it a go.
