I'd love for you to join me for an evening of deep relaxation and rest.

Whether you've been to one of my sound baths before or you're thinking of trying it for the first time, you'll be warmly welcomed. This is a space to slow down, unwind, and simply take some time for yourself.

Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations.

💛 I’ve had Instagram for ages but never really used it… so I’m changing that.

I'm back at Ushaw Historic House, Chapels & Gardens this evening and look at the blooming gardens....who needs the RHS Chelsea Flower Show when we have our own Ushaw Gardens.

Also a great end to a soundbath walking around these gardens. I'll be back here next month..already looking forward to it 💛

With brighter days (hopefully!) ahead, we’ll be reducing the number of Soundbaths over the summer so everyone can enjoy the great outdoors 🌿

Can we talk about yesterday??

Super Soundbath Sunday....

The double crystal bowls were out and singing in beautiful harmony with each other, double bowls, double vibrations, double the effect.

2 soundbaths at the stunning Raby Castle, Park and Gardens standing in for Lone Wolf Vision where I met some wonderful people.

Then it was back to my usual Sunday evening spot at the warm and ever-beautiful St Johns Hall Meadowfield welcoming both first timers and many familiar faces.

I never take for granted the people who come through those doors for a soundbath experience.

Every session is unique, and it’s always such a pleasure to meet each and every one of you 💛
