Reflexology, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, chakra balancing, crystal therapy and reiki all helping to reduce stress, give feelings of deep relaxation, helping to release endorphins, improve pain relief and improve circulation. Early Autumn sunshine pouring down her rays, through the trees she falls lighting up my way.
My peace has returned and so has my smile. I'm grounded now and my steady rhythm has returned.
As the trees creek and speak.
As the wind blows gently and branches sway.
I do think how nice it will be to hunker down in the cooler nights and days.
I will off course then be wishing it was summer again! Diane Marchant x
