⭐ Another wonderful review for Grace ⭐

"Grace is fabulous. Before I saw her, I couldn't move my neck without wanting to cry with pain. She has, very gently, given me back so much more movement. She also solved my back pain. Wholeheartedly recommended!"

We're so grateful when our patients take the time to share their experiences.

Grace is known for her calm, gentle and thoughtful approach, taking the time to understand the whole person rather than just focusing on where it hurts. Whether you're struggling with neck pain, back pain or reduced movement, her aim is to help you move more comfortably and confidently again.

If pain is stopping you doing the things you love, you don't have to just put up with it.

📞 We'd love to help you take the first step towards feeling better.

Thank you to our lovely patient for your kind words and recommendation—it means so much to our whole team.

✨ Recovery stories matter.

A new report from Goldsmiths, University of London has analysed 75 recovery interviews shared by our friend Raelan Agle, exploring common themes among people who recovered or significantly improved from ME/CFS and related conditions.

Participants described different journeys, but recurring themes included hope, self-determination, support from others and mind-body or nervous-system approaches.

The report also highlights how recovery stories can challenge the belief that improvement is impossible and inspire further recovery-focused research and discussion.

We’re delighted to see these experiences receiving academic attention—and hugely grateful to Raelan for continuing to give people a platform and keep hope alive. 💙

Exciting news for the global chronic pain community! 🎉

We're thrilled to see @ 's newly published book, Unlearn Your Pain, ranked #1 in Oprah Daily's list of the best chronic pain books recommended by experts, with Alan Gordon's The Way Out taking the #2 spot.

Howard and Alan have both made an enormous contribution to our understanding of neuroplastic pain, and it's fantastic to see their work receiving this kind of recognition from such a respected publication.

At SIRPA, we're proud to be part of this growing international movement. Here in the UK, we're committed to helping healthcare professionals and the public better understand chronic pain and other persistent symptoms through evidence-based mind-body approaches.

Seeing these books reach a wider audience gives us hope that more people living with chronic pain will discover that recovery is possible.

Congratulations, Howard and Alan—and thank you for everything you've done to advance this field. Here's to continuing to spread the message that there is hope.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "It was genuinely a very eye-opening experience..."

Receiving reviews like this makes us so proud of our team.

"This was my first time visiting an osteopath and Grace was fantastic! She took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me some movements and exercises that could help improve the issues with my hip and knee that were contributing to my back pain."

One of the things that makes osteopathy so effective is looking beyond where the pain is. Back pain isn't always caused by the back itself. Sometimes restrictions in the hips, knees, feet or even the way we move every day can be contributing factors.

Grace takes the time to understand the bigger picture, explain what's happening in a way that makes sense, and give you practical advice and exercises so you leave feeling more confident about your recovery—not just your treatment.

As our reviewer went on to say:

"It was genuinely a very eye-opening experience and made me realise what I should and should not be doing going forward."

If you're living with back pain, hip pain, knee pain or recurring aches that just won't go away, you don't have to keep guessing what's causing them.

📞 Book an appointment with Grace today and discover how understanding your body can be the first step towards feeling better.

Recovery Is About More Than Pain

When people first come to see us, they often tell us what they can't do anymore.

"I've stopped walking."

"I don't travel."

"I've given up gardening."

"I'm worried about committing to plans."

It's understandable.

Persistent pain and fatigue don't just affect the body—they quietly shrink our world.

Our goal isn't simply to help reduce pain.

It's to help you get your life back.

To enjoy holidays without worrying about your symptoms.

To play with your children or grandchildren.

To return to work with confidence.

To walk the dog.

To sleep better.

To dance at a wedding.

To say "yes" to opportunities instead of wondering whether your body will let you.

At Osteopathy For All, we always ask one important question:

"If you were feeling better, what would you love to get back to doing?"

Because that's what really matters.

Healing isn't only about what disappears.

It's about everything that returns.
