Join us for a gentle and welcoming morning of wellbeing, creativity and connection.

This week we will be exploring the life and work of Frida Kahlo, celebrating her resilience, creativity and self-expression through mindful craft activities, journalling prompts and discussion.

The session will also include:

🌸 Wellbeing reflection
🌸 Creative craft activity inspired by Frida Kahlo
🌸 Friendly conversation and support
🌸 Tea, coffee and a warm welcome

No experience is needed—just come along, relax and enjoy some time for yourself in a supportive environment.

Last week, as the weather was so gorgeous, we took our Tuesday classes into the garden and what beautiful sessions they were 🥰 There's something special about practicing yoga outdoors with the gentle breeze and the beautiful birdsong.

I don't think it'll be an outdoor one this week looking at the forecast, but we do have spaces on both classes, 6.15 & 7.30 so if you'd like to join us for an hour of YOU time then get in touch to book 🧘
