Whether you’re looking to restore your energy, deepen your yoga practice, or simply take a break from the demands of daily life, this retreat is your space to exhale, reflect, and reset.

This retreat is open to all women, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis, with adaptations to suit your body - there is something for everyone. We want to share with you our experience, passion and love of yoga and how it can support your wellbeing.

Did you know that we ran our first yoga retreat together having only met in person 3 times?!

Thank goodness for zoom and voice notes eh 😜
With Louisa in Edinburgh, Sarah in Essex and Dani and Worcester, it can be hard to find time when our calendars align.

Missing these little faces but we're reunited in 3 months for our first glamping retreat in Halsted, Essex, and we're so excited!
