Planning to watch the eclipse tomorrow? 🌒 Make sure you protect your eyes while we enjoy this amazing event 👁️

👓 Use proper solar eclipse glasses or viewers
Ordinary sunglasses — even very dark ones — do not provide enough protection.

⏱️ There is no “safe” amount of time to look directly at the Sun without proper protection. Never look directly at the Sun, even for a few seconds, without suitable solar viewing protection. Even with protection, take regular breaks.

🔭 Never look through binoculars, a telescope or camera viewfinder at the Sun unless the equipment has been specifically fitted with a safe solar filter.

✅ Check your eclipse glasses before use
Don’t use them if they are scratched, damaged or otherwise compromised, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

👨‍👩‍👧 Keep children supervised
Make sure they’re using appropriate solar protection and understand not to look at the Sun without it.

💡 Prefer not to look directly at the Sun? Pinhole projection is a safe way to experience the eclipse.

⚠️ If you experience blurred vision, a blind spot, distortion or changes in your vision after viewing the eclipse, seek urgent advice from an eye-care professional.
