To be able to just sit and watch the sunset, what a luxury! I took the boys to Cornwall for a few days last week, thought I'd get some work done in the down times but I really didn't want to! I'm glad I didn't just keep pushing on.

I haven't had the capacity for much lately so this was a very needed low demand break.

Early morning club restarts this week and I have space for a couple more 121 clients. In-person group classes at Kiva&Zen will restart in January ###

I was back at my other job yesterday, it was helpful having a staggered end to the sunmer holidays so we don't all have to dive back into school on the same day.

I don't really know how I want to spend this last weekend before the boys go back... Part of me wants to do something memorable to mark the end of the holidays, most of me wants to be cosy and do very little. But I also don't want to leave too much space in which my brain will turn in circles worrying if everything is ready!

I also don't function well in the evenings so will start by going early to bed and be able to trust my instincts in the morning!

How are you all feeling? About the summer, about the new school year?
