Trying to conceive can be one of the most emotional journeys a couple experiences.

For some, pregnancy happens quickly. For others, it can take much longer than expected, bringing with it stress, disappointment, and difficult decisions about what to do next.

Alongside medical support, complementary therapy may help by addressing some of the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that can affect fertility. It can also provide valuable time to relax, reset, and support your overall wellbeing during what can be a challenging time.

If you're looking for additional support on your fertility journey, we're here to help. Our trained reproductive reflexologists support clients around the world.

To find a practitioner near you, visit our website and click "Find a Reflexologist" from the menu.

Learn how to support women with peri menopause.

One day course, online with Barbara Scott. Friday 3rd July, 09:00 am to 5.00 pm.

The course includes:

Introduction, menopause, peri menopause, diagnosis of the menopause, symptoms and how to treat them, affects on mood and wellbeing, long term symptoms, medical treatment and Reproflexology techniques.

The last 2 hours of the day will be practical work. For this you can either observe, or use a pair of model feet (or a paper diagram) that you draw on. Ideally, you would have a 'live human', male or female that you can work on and who doesn't mind having their feet drawn on!

There will be a one hour catch up session provided post course for any questions you may have.

Book via our website - choose "Seren" from the menu for our training courses.

Are you based in the USA or Canada?

Several of our upcoming courses are running at times designed specifically for the Eastern Time Zone, making it easier for North American participants to join live.

UK participants are, of course, very welcome too. Just be aware that these sessions will fall later in the evening here in the UK.

We'd love to see a few more international faces in the room, so if you've been thinking about joining, now might be the ideal time.

Check out our upcoming courses here: https://reproductivereflexologists.org/seren-training-schedule/

In our members experience men are often more sceptical about Reproflexology™ than women.

What we find is after the initial consultation where they learn about our tests and protocols they tend to come round to the idea.

Reproductive reflexologists know that despite s***m being delicate and easily damaged, there is much that can be done to improve both quality and quantity. S***m quality can be affected by diet, poor sleep, high stress levels, heat, some forms of exercise and these can be fairly easily remedied.

And like other health practitioners we use Semen Analysis and S***m DNA Fragmentation testing to help us to understand where the issues may be and repeat testing to measure progress.

Well trained reproductive reflexologists (like our members), know what to look out for:

"I had a s***m test which came back pretty fine but the reflexologist spotted raised white blood cells, so she suggested I go for some further tests. I had bacteria present, which the GP and hospital hadn’t noticed, and was treated with antibiotics." - Male participant from a small phenomenological study in January 2023.

Whilst reflexology, or any other form of complementary therapy might not suit everyone, it can be a useful form of support and provides a means of reducing stress and an integrative approach to fertility.

"What is Reproductive Reflexology?"

Great question, and we’re glad you asked!

Reproductive Reflexology (Reproflexology™) is a specialised form of reflexology that supports fertility and reproductive health for both women and men.

👣 It’s much more than a foot massage. Our trained reflexologists use medical testing to guide treatments and monitor progress.

Treatments may help with:

✅ Regulating menstrual cycles
✅ Improving s***m quality and function
✅ Identifying and supporting underlying reproductive conditions

We focus on the whole person. That includes physical health, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle factors, because every part of your health matters.

Whether you're trying to conceive naturally or using fertility treatments such as Clomid, IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor cycles or surrogacy, Reproflexology™ can offer support throughout your journey.

When you are struggling to get pregnant, it can be easy to assume you are alone in your difficulties.

Sadly, this is not the case. It is estimated that 1 in 6 couples need support.

Of those couples, the difficulties are experienced by 1/3rd men, 1/3rd female, and 1/3rd joint. This means that couples have equal responsibility in taking care of their fertility health and well-being.

Many couples turn to complementary therapies to support their path to pregnancy, often alongside varying forms of assisted conception such as Clomid, IUI, IVF, and ICSI.

In a study* that we (The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists) carried out, 68% of couples conceived whilst receiving treatment with our therapists over an average of 11.32 sessions.

Members of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (MARR) are specially trained in Reproflexology™, using structured and prescriptive treatment protocols. It's a global membership, too, meaning you will be able to find a local therapist.

If you are struggling to get pregnant, you are not alone. Visit our website to find one of our reproductive reflexologists near you.

*The study was conducted with 180 couples, and the results are available to view on our website.
