This time, I made my own rosewater (on reel)...organic, natural, ideal for spraying on feet before a treatment, spritz on face in hot weather or as a toner. I'll try not to use it all up on myself! The smell is gorgeous💕

May 2026 has 2 moons on 1st and 31st...an unusual occurrence taking place every 2-3 years.
The blue moon signifies a chance to release and let go of any negativity/regrets and start afresh with new intentions...
Time to place my basalt stones outside to re-energise ready for the next hot & cold stones treatment which work the reflexes on a much deeper level. Hot are effective for tension & pain relief, cold soothe inflammation/puffiness on legs/feet as well as cooling down the forehead...

Not feeling your best at the moment? Tired, on edge, lack of sleep...

Our body is always giving us signs when all is not well...
We just need to listen, take some deep breaths, step outside and walk amongst nature...it can really help to calm our nervous system and allow our brains time to process and reset.
Even better if you can catch the sunrise/sunset for the red light which apparently helps to maintain our skin tone and appearance (same as red light therapy). I follow 'Lymphatica' who does some brilliant graphics with easy explanations so v grateful to her 🙏👇
