Please keep in mind that diagnostic criteria for eating disorders aren’t based on weight or appearances. So, yes, you could look “fine” and still be ill.
If you find that the thoughts about food are getting louder, or that your behaviours are getting in the way of your life, you probably need help regardless of what you look like.

Rocket is obviously not a substitute for dairy.
It’s green, it tastes peppery, it hasn’t got the same texture and it has a completely different nutritional profile.

Thursday reminder that you don’t have to be half naked to produce valuable content. In fact, if the people you follow are always cooking in their underwear, it’s a really clear sign you can unfollow them.

You are allowed to have preferences but you shouldn’t need a be a certain size, or have a perfect body to feel good about yourself.
Build confidence on self-efficacy, not looks.

Ok, you got discharged, that’s excellent. Now, you need to keep making the right choices day in, day out without being accountable to anyone. You can skip meals, remove the carbs, the dressing etc., and exercise all you want.
No one will ever know… except you.
