What an incredible weekend helping out Natural Strongman 🌍 worlds this weekend. Working alongside Kerry was incredible and I don't think we stopped the whole 3 days 🥵🥵

It was an absolute pleasure looking after all the athletes and not to mention the entire natties crew! The work that went on behind the scenes was phenomenal and you guys put in such a hard graft!!

This man is my Grandad McLean, biggest guns you've seen on a pensioner and he was still lifting stanes well into his twilight years.

Safe to say I think I did him proud at the McGregor Stone Lifting Games

🥉place at the Novice McGregor Stone Lifting Games!! What an experience, I loved every second of it!!

Gutted to have not got the last stone in the stone run which cost me 2nd place but I couldn't have been pipped to the post by a better athlete .

Cancellation policies exist for a reason. With that in mind. Respect the time of small business owners. Behind the scenes it's child care, travel time, set up, clean down, supplies, treatment plans. Ideally I'd rather use the time to treat patients and make them feel better instead of charging them for a no show. 🩵

Had the most amazing day yesterday competing at the Bruce Festival Stone Lifting Games.

One of my clients who looks after/rides horses came to me with severe shoulder/upper back pain. When lying on her front you can see her whole right shoulder can't even make contact with the massage table. After one session with me we sorted the problematic muscles and got her right shoulder feeling tip top again.
