A little personal milestone that I’m incredibly proud to share… ❤️🎓
I’ve officially been awarded my MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Wellbeing with Distinction from Anglia Ruskin University!
Building on my First Class Honours degree in Childhood Studies, this has been two years of hard work, learning, research and dedication.
A significant part of my studies focused on research, culminating in my Major Project exploring parent–child co-regulation and early childhood mental wellbeing through an integrative literature review.
One of the things I’ve valued most throughout this journey has been the opportunity to bridge the gap between research, theory and practice - taking what the evidence tells us about children’s emotional development, relationships and wellbeing, and considering how that knowledge can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
It’s something that sits at the very heart of Connection Led Support: looking beyond behaviour, understanding the needs beneath it and supporting families with compassion, practical experience and evidence-informed guidance.
And on a personal level, I’m just really, really proud of myself. ❤️
