We are proud to say that we now have our own NHS App Ambassador within the surgery. We have listened to our patients and they have told us that a named person at the surgery to assist with questions regarding the NHS APP would be really helpful. April who is also our Advanced Prescribing Clerk is now available to patients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you have any problems accessing the App or need help understanding it please feel free to ask for Aprils assistance.

Sally Reed from Suffolk Family Carers will be with us in the surgery this afternoon. She will be available to speak to you about caring, offering information, support and guidance. Please come along and speak to her if you have any questions at all.

Next week 8th - 14th June is carers week. We are lucky enough to have Sally from Suffolk Family Carers available to see and speak to patients and visitors to the surgery on the afternoon of the 8th. Please feel free to come in and see Sally. She is an absolute expert in her field and has so much knowledge of everything available to carers in the local area. No appointment is needed so please drop in.

May 2026

Our most recent feedback from May 2026 in the friends and family test is as follows;
- One of if not the best visits i have ever had. Sally P got the job done with a smile and a laugh. If this was trip advisor i would highly recommend this service.
- Very relaxed and very efficient
-We have always found the practice very friendly and very obliging
-Danielle was caring, considerate, courteous, patient and always professional
-First class treatment from Luke
-Couldn't get past security on the front desk by phone. kept saying i need to press number for prescriptions and no reply from Dr once i explained why i needed a call.
- The eConsult system does not work for me. I don't have internet at home and phone conversations are difficult but the staff at the Grove are brilliant.

We have more roadworks outside the access road to the surgery. We have been advised that these are just temporary but are still likely to cause some delays, please bear this in mind if you have appointments booked today.
