Join us as we step into the height of the years most expansive energy - a space to step into visibility, pleasure and self-expression with curiosity and courage. ❤️

🌞 Through movement, sensory exploration, reflective writing, personable skill practice & group connection, we will explore what it means to take up space, reconnect with the body and relate to ourselves with greater honesty and care.

⭕ This circle gently unpacks the stories we hold around pleasure, confidence, s3xuality and worthiness, while opening pathways toward joy, freedom and embodied self trust.

🌞 A grounding, energising start to summer for all Women and Non-binary folk - rooted in presence, connection and the permission to be seen ❤️

Behold! The doors have opened 🎺 📢

We are beyond excited (maybe even slightly frazzled) to introduce and warmly welcome you to our coming Summer Block of fantastical workshops and gorgeous gatherings.

This block is dedicated to vibrant connection, radical rest, play, connection, outward expression and tending to our inner and outer glimmers.
Whilst also honouring the messy, burnt out and struggling parts.

We believe that connection, community and genuine healing are fundamental rights, not expensive luxuries or things we should perform or bend ourselves backwards for. We have and continue to work tirelessly to keep our spaces deeply intentional, impactful, community shaped and as low cost and accessable as possible 🙏🏽🙏🏽🌻

We are honoured to have some of the most AMAZING humans on the team. From the core crew of volunteers to the chefs kiss 😘 of professional teachers and facilitators from around Bristol and the South West.

And this is why this Summer you are in for a real treat ❤️

We honestly cannot wait to see you.

This women's circle is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your life in a way that feels individually energising, grounded and sustainable 🙏🏽

Over three immersive hours, we will use movement, creativity, laughter and inner mapping practices to shift stagnant energy, build confidence and create real clarity around where you want to go next. 🪻🌱

Whether you're craving motivation, in person connection, confidence, creative inspiration or simply a space to reconnect with yourself and others, this session is an opportunity to step out of survival mode and into expansion.

Together we will move through these pillars :

🌸 ENERGISE - Release tension, awaken energy and reconnect with your body through movement and play

🌸 EXPAND - Create a personalised system to help you stay motivated, focused and aligned without burning out

🌸 EXPRESS - Build confidence through theatre-inspired exercises designed to strengthen self - expression, presence and courage

🌸 CREATE - Transform your goals and desires into visual direction.

🌸 CLARIFY - Leave feeling grounded, energised and clear on your next steps for the season ahead

Women's anger is rarely validated. We are taught to be ‘nice’, ‘easygoing’, or ‘calm’ from a young age. As we grow up, we come to be more harshly judged for expressing our anger.

But Rebel Girls Club embraces anger, and we want you to have a safe space where you can convey your genuine emotions. On 30th April, we will be holding 'Rage on the Page', an online event that invites you to explore your inner rage.
