Step into Spring!

New month of classes starting this week, where mobility will be the name of the game.

Feel free to pop in and try a class, all at Flushing Sailing Club:

11.30-12.30pm Wednesday, Yoga for Seniors

13.45-1.45pm Wednesday, Yoga for Seniors

7-8am Thursday, Early Bird class
