What a fantastic evening we had at Bene Gelateria last night raising awareness of breast cancer and raising money for the charity Prevent.

Thank you to everyone that donated, took part in all our fundraising prize draws and especially to the lovely ladies who came along and had fun whilst supporting us.

Thank you to Frodsham belly dancers for your wonderful entertainment, these ladies meet on a Tuesday evening at Frodsham community centre if anyone fancies joining them, they are super friendly and a whole lot of fun.🤩

We have our Wellness and beauty club here at Bene this Monday 15th 10am-12noon come and join us for a chilled morning talking any subject to do with health and wellbeing.

Our next evening club will be Thursday 9th July 7-9pm.

Beautiful guided meditation this evening with a focus on mindset.

2 lovely new ladies joined our group for the first time and came away feeling very relaxed. 🙂‍↔️

This Thursday evening at 7pm you are invited to a fun and informative event for Breast cancer awareness at Bene Gelateria

Our monthly wellness & beauty club will be raising money for the amazing charity Prevent with some fun games and plenty of chances to win some beautiful Tropic skincare, mini facials and girls night in prizes.

We have a guest speaker who is going to provide a talk on how to check your self and our local belly dancers are coming to entertain us.

Cakes, refreshments available and of course Pink fizz on arrival with every entrance ticket.

This is so exciting 😁beautiful blue moon magic!🌑

I always get affected by the moon energies and yesterday I was exhausted, not feeling myself had a bit of a migraine in the morning and then slept like a baby.
Today I’m still quite tired but I know that this is to do with the preparation of what’s coming next!

Sagittarius is my star sign too so this energy is so up my street. ♐️

Ask yourself do you still want to be plodding through life the way you have been?
