We're delighted to announce that we have successfully renewed our JAG Accreditation for a further five years, recognising our continued commitment to delivering outstanding, safe and patient-centred endoscopy services.
The assessors praised our team for:
• Being a "very cohesive" service with "visible inspirational leadership" with "unwavering dedication and passion".
• Delivering high quality and safe procedures through highly skilled consultants and a clinical endoscopist with excellent KPIs.
• Creating a culture where training, innovation and person centred care are embedded throughout the organisation.
• Providing an environment where patients consistently praised staff for their friendliness, kindness and support.
One patient shared: "The nurses were fantastic. I would like to thank them. Can you tell them how much difference they made to me. I couldn't have got through it without them."
The report also highlighted our strong team working, robust governance, focus on neurodiversity, sustainability initiatives and commitment to continuous improvement.
