✨ SOUND BATH MEDITATION – EVERY THURSDAY ✨

Give yourself an hour to switch off, slow down and deeply relax. 💜

A sound bath is a calming meditation experience where you simply lie back and “bathe” in soothing sounds and vibrations created by crystal sound bowls, gong, chimes and drum. 🎶

The sounds can help you settle the mind, release tension and enjoy a peaceful moment away from the stresses of everyday life.
