"There's times that are unbelievably mentally taxing and times where it really takes its toll on me... But there's people out there who are struggling with their mental health battles currently, and they're not allowed to take a day off."

With around a week of walking left, you can give Craig a wee boost and support Scotland’s mental health by donating here: https://www.thetartantrek.co.uk/?ref=ed_direct

One week of .

We've loved seeing what the campaign means to each of you, and reading the stories you've shared.

We know connection is the one thing that can make a difference for people with mental health problems. Having people show up, be there, and staying visible.

One week on, here's our thank you! We can't wait to see more Wee Pink Dots out there as the campaign continues 🩷
