Last night we had our 2nd Groby session, and a grand total of 1 person showed up. And do you know what??? We had some incredible conversation. Rich, honest and authentic. Nick is a great guy and has to deal with some brutal health issues that are hidden from plain sight. It’s always great to get the guys to open up and having a 1-2-1 really allowed me to get to know Nick and his challenges. There’s a lot of planning and thinking behind the scenes to get these sessions on, so massive thanks for Nick for showing up. Not just for the group, but for himself 👏🏼👏🏼 (The matts on the floor are my attempt at reducing the echo 😂😂)

We’re proud to announce the launch of a brand new Circulus for Men group at Groby Village Hall, starting on Monday 1st June, and running fortnightly thereafter.

Circulus for Men is a relaxed, supportive space where men can come together to talk openly, connect, and support one another without judgement.

Our aim is simple: bringing support, conversation, and practical solutions that help improve men’s mental health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re going through a difficult time, looking for connection, or simply want to be part of a positive community, you’ll be made to feel welcome.

There’s no pressure to speak, sometimes just showing up is the first step.
