Chance Is Change Chance Is Change is a life coaching and mentoring service. Every chance is an opportunity to change.

Here at Chance Is Change we believe that every child and young person should be given a chance to change and to succeed. Our goal is to establish partnerships within the community, work collaboratively with school staff, parents and outside agencies for example the Police, promote continued care and inclusion for young people, and to create a positive pathway to further education. By assessing a y

oung persons challenging behaviour, Interventions can be developed which are unique to the student, helping them to thrive and become successful in the classroom and outside the classroom. Life coaching is an important factor in creating a positive platform for children and young people.
