How to access Gloucester Maternity services at night 🌙

Heading to the Women's Centre at night? 🌙👶

If you're arriving at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital at night for maternity care, here's what you need to know:

🚗 You can be dropped off right outside the Women's Centre entrance on Mayhill Way - just press the buzzer to be let in.

🅿️ Your birth partner can drop you off but should then park in the Tower Car Park (via Great Western Road).

🕙After 10pm, some of our entrances are closed for security reasons, but just use the intercom at the Tower Entrance and hospital staff will let you in remotely.

➡️ Once inside, follow the signs to the main Tower lifts and head left to reach the Women's Centre.

Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week ❤️

Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week starts on Monday. Our Health Visitors and Perinatal Mental Health Team will be out at venues next week raising awareness and talking to people about the support we can offer.

You'll find them at:

Wed 6 May: Tewkesbury - Noahs Ark Baby Hub (10-11.30am)
Wed 6 May: Stroud - Stroud Baby Hub (9.30-11am)
Wed 6 May: Cotswolds - Moreton-in-Marsh Baby Hub (2-3.30pm)
Thu 7 May: Forest of Dean - Bounce and Rhyme (Coleford Library, am)
Thu 7 May: Gloucester - The Link Hub (1-2.30pm)
Fri 8 May: Gloucester - Kaleidoscope Baby Hub (1-3pm).

Just sitting here with a cuppa and feeling really grateful for this morning 💛 It was so lovely to see everyone- plenty of tea, chats, and support for the grown-ups, and lots of fun and laughter for the little ones too.

Already looking forward to our next get together on Monday 1st June ☕✨

Our next Gloucester Pandas get-together is on Monday 6th April - and yes, it’s a Bank Holiday 🎉

This one is extra special because we’re celebrating Gloucester Pandas turning ONE! I honestly can’t believe it’s been a whole year of cups of tea, little giggles, big chats and so much support shared in that church hall 💛

Because it’s a Bank Holiday, older siblings are very welcome to come along too – we just ask that everyone keeps a gentle eye and helps the bigger ones remember to be careful around our littlest pandas 🐼

If you’ve been before, we’d love to see you.
If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign.
If you’re new and feeling a bit nervous – come anyway, bring a friend or partner, we’ll save you a seat.
