A huge shout out for the amazing Lucy who has done phenomenally well in 3 and 1/2 weeks at Gravesend Lifestyle Lab. She came to club wanting to get holiday ready and never in a million years imagined she'd be finishing her first 10 visits 8 and 1/2 lb lighter, having gained 1.1 lb of muscle and dropping 41 cm across her body. She also didn't think that she would reduce her metabolic age by 11 years in just 3 and 1/2 weeks and drop 1.5 from her visceral fat.

These results are absolutely phenomenal and show what you can achieve in a short period if you put your mind to it. Lucy has also enjoyed barbecues, meals out and birthday cake during this. She has not gone without and is looking and feeling absolutely amazing and cannot wait for her holiday in Thailand in a couple of weeks time. Well done Lucy! We're all incredibly proud of everything you've achieved in this short time.
