Through my recent studies with Dr. David Hamilton and my review of research published on PubMed, I’ve been exploring the growing body of evidence surrounding Reiki and its potential benefits for both mind and body.

Reiki is often experienced as a gentle and deeply relaxing practice, and research suggests it may help support wellbeing in a number of ways, including:

Reducing stress and anxiety
Improving sleep quality
Supporting women experiencing menopausal symptoms
Helping to ease symptoms of depression
Providing comfort and symptom relief for people undergoing chemotherapy

While research into Reiki continues to evolve, studies suggest it to be a valuable complementary therapy that supports overall wellbeing.

Many people have long felt the benefits of energy healing through personal experience, and it’s encouraging to see increasing scientific interest in understanding these effects.

Exciting news!!!

I'm delighted to share that I have now completed my Level Two Angelic Reiki training, adding another beautiful dimension to the energy work I offer.

This next level has allowed me to delve deeper into healing techniques and expand my understanding of how to support others on their healing journeys.

I feel incredibly grateful for this continued learning and growth, and I'm looking forward to bringing these new skills, insights, and energies into my Reiki sessions.

Healing is a journey of gentle transformation, and it's a privilege to walk alongside those who feel called to it.
