Every workplace is different. So why should wellbeing be one-size-fits-all? đź’™

Janice Kaye, Managing Director of Thrive4Life, shares how we support our clients and work with them to understand what their people really need.

From training and expert-led sessions to practical resources and ongoing support, it’s all about creating wellbeing solutions that work for your organisation and your people.

Because workplace wellbeing isn’t about ticking a box.

Being at work doesn’t always mean you’re well.

We all know what absenteeism looks like, someone is off work because they’re unwell.

But presenteeism can be much harder to spot.

Someone might be at their desk but struggling with their mental or physical health, feeling exhausted, distracted, withdrawn or simply not themselves.

That’s why creating a workplace where people feel comfortable speaking up and accessing support matters 💙

It’s not just about getting people to work. It’s about helping people feel well enough to thrive.

These statistics are hard to ignore.

Men in the UK typically live around 4 years less than women, and 2 in 5 men don’t make it to 75.

So why are we still not talking enough about men’s health?

This highlight from Ross Abbott’s Unseen Assassin webinar explores why these conversations matter, and why prevention and early action are so important.

The full webinar is still available to watch via our website. Click the link in our bio 🤩
