🔥 How to Make the Burns (a.k.a. Gates) Before Applying Kambo 🔥

🐸1. First, light your burning stick and gently blow off any remaining ash — you want a clean, glowing tip.

🐸2. Then, gently dab it on the skin. Don’t keep pressing for more than one second. You’re not trying to brand — just a quick press, like you’re pressing a button. Apply gentle, steady pressure. No need to go overboard here.

🐸3. Once you’ve made all your points, grab a tissue, wet it with clean water, and rub each point until you start to see the top layer of skin begin to peel away. In this step you can apply more pressure to make sure the gates are open.

🐸4. Lastly, take a dry tissue and go over each point again to make sure there’s no leftover skin. The goal is to leave a clean, open surface ready to receive the medicine.

💚 These steps are simple, but important. Done right, they prepare the body and skin for a safe and effective Kambo experience. Always approach this practice with care, respect, and mindfulness.
