Things I loved about Budapest:

Friends like this are THE BEST 🥹🫶

After my first radio show, this voice note landed in my inbox and honestly it meant so much.

When you're creating something, putting yourself out there and trying new things, it's easy to focus on the bits you could have done better, the mistakes, the things nobody else even noticed.

A little soft launch... 🌿✨

This morning started with an online seminar for my Advanced Clinical Massage course, then I headed over to Holmsted Himalayas in Cuckfield for a very exciting meeting.

Over the summer I'll be offering treatments from the beautiful Clover Tent, nestled amongst bell tents, yoga spaces, a sauna, lake, paddleboarding and all the ingredients for a proper retreat experience.

But I couldn't resist sharing a little sneak peek because the space is absolutely gorgeous.

The funny thing about freelancing is that from the outside it can look like opportunities appear out of nowhere.

What people don't see are the months of conversations, coffees, networking, emails, follow-ups and ideas that happen beforehand.

This week has been a good reminder of that.

A couple of collaboration calls, a wedding enquiry, conversations about retreats and potential massage partnerships with local accommodation providers.

None of it is guaranteed. But every single conversation is a seed 🌱

After a few weeks of feeling overwhelmed, it's been really encouraging to realise that some of the seeds I've been planting are finally starting to grow.
