The role is 36 hours per week,
12-hour shifts from 8:00pm to 8:00am.
We operate a consistent two-week rolling rota, meaning your shift pattern remains the same, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts when colleagues are on annual leave.
The rate of pay is £13.51 per hour, with overtime above your contracted hours paid at £15.51 per hour.
We are a small residential care home supporting 24 residents, and we pride ourselves on providing a supportive working environment, in-house training and opportunities for further development and career progression.
