P**N is a terrible educator! and often presents super unrealistic scenarios and unrepresentative body types which can distort not only our understanding of healthy relationships but how we view our own bodies. Being connected to our own bodies means knowing what we like/dislike, being comfortable in our own skin, and being confident enough to express ourselves within a healthy sexual relationship. This helps challenge myths and harmful stereotypes we see online and gives us a better chance of connecting with others whether that's a long term relationship, a short term fling, or an even shorter one off sexual encounter! Whatever your choice we are here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental service to support you have healthy pleasurable relationships.

💛 It’s Sexual Health Week!

This year, we’re focusing on connection because sexual health is about more than testing and contraception.

Healthy relationships, honest conversations, respect, consent and looking after our emotional wellbeing all play an important part in feeling happy, healthy and connected. 🫶

Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing tips, advice and resources to help you:
💬 Have open conversations
🤝 Build healthy, respectful relationships
💛 Understand boundaries and consent
🧠 Look after your emotional wellbeing
📍 Find support when you need it

Let’s start the conversation and make sexual health something we can talk about openly, without shame or stigma.

💙💜💗 It’s Bisexual Awareness Week, so we’re celebrating everyone who knows that attraction doesn’t always come with a neat little either/or checkbox.

Whether you’re out, questioning, quietly figuring things out, or simply proud to be part of the bi community, you belong here.

Turns out, you really don’t have to pick a side. 😉💙💜💗

The theme of this sexual health week is "Let's Connect" and in a world which blends off-line and on-line this is especially important. Genuine and meaningful connections with sexual partners is great foundation for ensuring sexual encounters are consensual and importantly pleasurable. Whoever you are, whoever you connect with, however you connect, we are on hand to support your sexual health needs.
